  We had a wonderful experience at Langdon Hall from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The service was exceptional. The food was out of this world. The wine pairing was a perfect complement to the food. I highly recommend Langdon Hall.

  update: Breakfast. I had sausage and eggs in a gourmet style I have never experienced before. Add the little tiny fried potatoes with onions were slathered in herbs and juices; it was almost sacrilege to put ketchup on them, (except for the fact that I think they brought me a special homemade ketchup sourced from a magical world that brings the tomatoes from heaven and uses unicorn tears to salt the puree.)

  I must research more, and by research I mean come back and eat many more times..Fantastic meal. Room service brought our dessert back in our room, winter olympics on 2 TVs while we sat in front of a real roaring wood fire in the fireplace. An amazing experience Can't wait for the next part of this visit.

  I attended a wedding at Langdon Hall this past weekend. The venue was beautiful, but the real stand out feature of this place was the staff. We were all taken care of so well. I had grabbed a drink from the bar before dinner, and mentioned it was because I am allergic to wine and wanted something for speeches. The bartender, Jeff, remembered and brought me drinks at my table periodically throughout the very long period of speeches and dinner. The dinner servers checked in about allergies before food was served, and remembered who was a vegetarian during the cocktail reception and brought vegetarian options straight to those people. We all honestly felt so well taken care of. I highly recommend Langdon Hall for any event you are planning.

  When we checked out, My Fiancee didn't even have to steal the slippers from the room....when I asked, they gave them to her along with some more of their bottled water for the road.

  It was easy to find the location and the grounds were very nice and well maintained. the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The beds were also very comfortable. each room also had a fireplace which was a nice touch. service was great and the food on site was delicious. I wish I had more time to enjoy the facilities.

  Fabulous food great service. Best in the region. Just back from two day mini vacation. Treated ourselves to spa services, tasting menu, two days of pampering, games, relaxation. Just perfect.
