  Theres a group of ladies that work here, and they are amazing. They get your orders to you as quick and as efficiantly as anyone can.

  My most recent problem with this duo of women, was that their cashier rang in my order. She rang it in exactly how i ordered it. (A farmers sausage wrap, add lettuce tomatoes and ranch.) It was rang in perfectly, and my issue is not with this girl. My order came to 6.88 with my coffee. the same ive been paying every day for the last 2 months ive been ordering it.

  This procedure not only cost me abou 12% more, but the way it was rang in confused the person on the food station. They didnt put my hashbrown in the wrap, which comes standard in the farmers wrap. Then after they sealed it with the grill, instead of taking the waste like they should when they screw up an order, they opened my wrap, cut the hashbrown, and threw it back together. By the time i got it ten minutes after i placed my order, it was a hot mess everywhere.

  I was there yesterday and ordered my coffee and bagel. It can to 3.35 as usual. The csrs in front of me where taking a long time soon double. Triple checked I gave the girl exact change. (3 loonies, 1 dime and 1 quarter) the girl tried to tell me that I didn't give her enough. Which I know I did. She also refused to show me how much I gave her to prove it.

  She was rude, and had an incredible amount of attitude. I get that it was early when I went. But if you're in customer service you should at least try to be polite and friendly.

  Staff is mostly friendly but they are EXTREMELY slow. They never screw up my coffee order (awesome)

  The creamer they use is always bad. No matter which Tim hortons I go to I always order a double double. This location is is the only one that ever upsets my stomach.

  The one on the food station, complained about the way it rang in. And went and got management. Management came over, and changed my order. (A BELT, substitute wrap,add chipotle, add ranch, and add a hashbrown)

  Found a piece of plastic in my bagel. Manager wasn't even nice about it. Gave me back my change and that's it. Rude staff. I will never be going there again.

  I am prettt reasonable with burnt coffee, and small mixups... but this was blatently managerial staff doing their damnedest to milk me for my money. From this experience, im simply going across the street to mcdonalds for breakfast now, and i suggest anyone else who will listen, does the same.

  Now, there is also a group of ladies who can puss you off to no end. I have been coming in almost every day for 3 years, as it is. And due to convenience as per how close to my work it is, i will reluctantly be continuing to do so.
